I wonder why the IESD open space office in the queens building is always cold.

That's interesting. I always find it pretty hot! I guess that might illustrate that everyone has different expectations. Or maybe it is when you are in the office - is it usually in the evening, or daytime?

Now that spring has just arrived and it is getting warm outside, I feel that the temperature in the IESD open space is too hot, particularly at the end of the day (6-7 pm). But, it may depend also on where we have our space desk. Despite my desk space is close to the windows, I particularly do not need any space heater in winter time, but I have noticed that in the PhD area, students may need to turn on individual heaters because it is cold in their area. Is it a combination of expectations and temperature distribution in the open space?
